1. Agreement to Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the RadiantView platform operated by RVE Radiantview Solutions Pvt Ltd (“RadiantView”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. What RadiantView Provides
RadiantView is a cloud-based radiology infrastructure platform designed to support:
- Storage and retrieval of medical imaging (PACS)
- Web-based diagnostic viewing
- Teleradiology workflows and reporting
- Case management and collaboration between professionals
RadiantView is not a healthcare provider.
We do not:
- Diagnose conditions
- Provide medical advice
- Validate or verify clinical interpretations
All medical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Who Can Use the Platform
RadiantView is intended for:
- Hospitals and diagnostic centers
- Licensed radiologists and medical professionals
- Authorized personnel acting on behalf of healthcare organizations
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to handle medical data
- You have appropriate authorization from your organization
- You will comply with applicable healthcare and data protection laws
4. Account & Access Responsibility
To use RadiantView, users must maintain secure access credentials.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring accuracy of account information
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Controlling who has access within your organization
Any activity performed using your account is considered your responsibility.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree to use RadiantView only for legitimate medical and operational purposes.
You must not:
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized data
- Attempt to access systems or data without permission
- Introduce malware or disrupt system performance
- Use the platform in violation of any applicable laws
We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
6. Data Responsibility & Ownership
All data uploaded to RadiantView:
- Remains the property of the originating institution
- Is controlled by the organization that uploads it
RadiantView acts solely as a data processor and infrastructure provider.
We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of uploaded data
- The legality of its collection
- Whether appropriate patient consent has been obtained
7. Data Handling & Downloads
RadiantView allows authorized users to access and download data based on their permissions.
Once data is downloaded:
- RadiantView has no control over its further use
- Users are responsible for ensuring secure handling outside the platform
8. Platform Availability
We aim to provide reliable and consistent access to RadiantView.
However, service availability may be affected by:
- Infrastructure dependencies (e.g., cloud providers like AWS)
- Network conditions
- Scheduled maintenance
- Unexpected technical issues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
RadiantView relies on third-party services for infrastructure and hosting.
We are not responsible for failures, delays, or disruptions caused by these external providers.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Security risks are identified
- Unauthorized or suspicious activity occurs
Organizations may also request account termination.
Data access after termination will depend on contractual agreements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadiantView is not liable for:
- Medical decisions or clinical outcomes
- Misinterpretation of imaging or reports
- Data loss caused by user actions or external factors
- Service interruptions or delays
- Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RadiantView harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of applicable laws or patient data obligations
13. Intellectual Property
All platform components, including software, design, and branding, are the property of RadiantView.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute platform components
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use branding without written permission
14. Compliance & Regulatory Use
RadiantView is designed to support healthcare data handling aligned with:
- Indian Information Technology Act, 2000
- Industry-standard security practices
- HIPAA-aligned safeguards
Users are responsible for ensuring their own regulatory compliance.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves.
Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of RadiantView indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in courts located in West Bengal.
