RadiantView operates as a technology platform provider.

• Healthcare institutions and professionals control the medical data
• We store, process, and secure that data on their behalf
• We do not make clinical decisions or alter diagnostic content

In simple terms: your data remains yours - we provide the infrastructure.

Information That Enters the Platform

Account & Access Layer

To manage access securely, we maintain:

• User identity details (name, email, phone)
• Organization affiliation
• Role-based permissions
• Login credentials and authentication data

Clinical & Imaging Layer

The core of our platform involves medical data uploaded by authorized users, including:

• Radiology images (DICOM and related formats)
• Study metadata
• Diagnostic reports
• Patient information embedded within imaging data

We do not independently source or generate this data - it is introduced into the system by licensed users.

System & Security Layer

To ensure reliability and traceability, we record:

• Access logs and login activity
• Device and browser context
• IP address
• Usage patterns relevant to system performance

This layer exists purely to maintain platform integrity and security.

Why We Process Data

We process information strictly to operate and improve the platform, including:

• Delivering image viewing and reporting workflows
• Enforcing access control and user authentication
• Maintaining system uptime and performance
• Tracking usage for operational stability
• Supporting users when issues arise

We do not monetize user data, and we do not use it for advertising.

No system is completely immune to risk, but we continuously improve our defences to meet industry expectations.

Data Lifecycle & Retention

Data stored on RadiantView is typically retained for long-term clinical and operational use.

• We do not automatically delete medical data
• Institutions may request deletion based on their policies
• Certain data may be retained if required by law or contractual obligations

Data Sharing Boundaries

We keep data sharing tightly controlled.

Data may only be disclosed:

• Within your organization (based on permissions you define)
• To infrastructure providers strictly for hosting purposes
• When required under applicable law or legal process

We do not share data with advertisers, analytics platforms, or external marketers.

User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate data uploads
• Users control who gets access within their organization
• Any sharing of reports or links must be done securely

Downloads & Data Handling

Users may download imaging data and reports based on their access rights.
RadiantView does not control how downloaded data is handled outside the platform.

Compliance Approach

RadiantView is designed with alignment to:

• Indian Information Technology Act, 2000
• Reasonable security practices for sensitive data
• HIPAA-aligned safeguards for handling medical information

However, compliance obligations ultimately depend on how institutions use the platform.
